In a bowl, add your flour and salt.
In a measuring cup, make sure your water is luke warm which will activate the yeast.
Add the yeast and sugar to the warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Mix your vegan eggs with 2 tbsp cold water and set aside.
Once your yeast is fluffy on top add the oil and vegan egg and mix it all into your dough. Reading for about 4 minutes.
Place dough back in bowl and cover with a cloth and lace into a warm area for 40 minutes.
Pre heat oven to 350F or 200C.
Dust a silicon mat or baking paper with some gluten free flour and roll out the dough on this to desired thickness.
Bake for 20 minutes, top with pizza toppings and put back into oven for a remaining 15-20 or until topping are done.
