  • 2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 Cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp peanut butter optional
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 serving granola of choice


  • In a high speed blender, add all your ingredients except your granola.
  • Blend until well combined.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with granola and more fruits if you wish.
