In a food processor or blender, add the almonds and pulse until roughly chopped. Remove from the blender.
Remove the pits from the dates and add to the blender along with the powders and salt.
Process for a couple of seconds until mixture combines.
Add the oil and almonds. Process for a bit longer until all is combined.
Remove from the jug and roll into 10 bite sized balls. These can be smaller or bigger but the nutritional information is based on 10.
