Refreshing Pear And Kale Smoothie
A nutrient bomb green smoothie to load you up for the day.
- 2 pears
- 1 cup kale
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 or 2 dates (can sub with 1 tbsp agave)
- 300 ml almond milk or plant milk of choice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 avocado optional
- 1 cup ice optional
Recipe makes 1 Liter or 2x 500ml portions.
Recipe calories include 2 dates and no avocado.
Calories are for 1x500ml serving. If eating for breakfast I suggest the whole 1Liter.
