Refreshing Pear And Kale Smoothie

A nutrient bomb green smoothie to load you up for the day.

  • High speed blender


  • 2 pears
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 or 2 dates (can sub with 1 tbsp agave)
  • 300 ml almond milk or plant milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 avocado optional
  • 1 cup ice optional


  • Wash and drain the kale. Remove the thick stem.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to your blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve and enjoy.


Recipe makes 1 Liter or 2x 500ml portions. 
Recipe calories include 2 dates and no avocado. 
Calories are for 1x500ml serving. If eating for breakfast I suggest the whole 1Liter.
