Maca nana ice cream

My favourite 5 minute weekday breakfast (and admittingly lunch too) is this delicious bowl of nana ice cream topped with my favourite things.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or plant milk of choice
  • 1 tsp maca powder

Instructions

  • Add the all the ingredients to the blender and blend for a minute until smooth.

Notes

You can add a dash more milk if you need to get things moving.
I use the tamper (blender stick) to help keep the mixture moving.
