  • Blender or food processor


  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper


  • Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until finely chopped and combines.


If using a food blender be careful to not turn into a liquid. Keep pulsing and remove as soon as the ingredients are well combined.
