Mac n Cheese Sauce
Trust me when I say you need to try this mac n cheese sauce asap. It's affordable and so delicious everyone will love it.

Servings: 4 people
- 4 large carrots
- 4 medium potatoes peeled
- 1 cup almond milk or plant milk of choice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp tapioca starch
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 medium lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp chilli flakes optional
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika optional
Peel the carrots and potatoes and boil for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
In a bowl, combine the milk, oil and all the spices/nutritional yeast except the starch.
Once veggies are cooked, drain and add to blender.
Add the milk mix. Once well blended, add the starch and blend again until smooth.
Pour hot sauce over cooked pasta noodles or nachos.
To make this recipe nut free use coconut milk
Can sub coconut oil for olive oil
Add whatever spices you like for extra flavor.
Topped with basil and pepper.
