Traditional pizza base dough
My go to dough for vegan pizza bases. This results in a beautiful stretchy dough which is light and airy.

Servings: 3 people
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup luke warm water
- 2.5 tsp active yeast
- 1 tsp sugar coconut or normal
- 2 tbsp olive oil
In a bowl, add the flour and salt.
In a measuring cut, add the yeast and sugar to your luke warm water. Set aside for 5 minutes.
Once the yeast has foamed on top, add the oil and then stir into the flour mix.
Knead for 4-5 minutes until a ball forms.
Place back into the bowl, cover with a towel and put in a warm place.
After 40 minutes check to see if your dough has risen.
Pre heat oven to 350F or 200C
Flour a counter top and knead your dough again.
Roll out to desired thickness and place on baking tray.
Bake for 20 minutes. Add your pizza toppings and bake for a further 15-20 minutes or until toppings are ready.
