When creating these zucchini fritters, I had no idea what they would taste like. I didn't expect them to taste like a fishcake at all since there is not even a dash of seaweed in this recipe. Oat milk *3 flavors*

Before I knew about oat milk... I used a LOT of almond milk. In South Africa, I mainly purchased soy milk because it was cheaper. In the USA almond milk is cheaper. Cray cray right?
